Erasmus+ Traineeship (KA107) Program Application Results 2022

Dear Students,

Thank you for applying to the call for participation in the ERASMUS+ KA107 Student (Internship) Mobility (which is granted by the European Commission) for the project;

The applications were evaluated by the Exchange Selection and Placement Committee based on the quotas and regulations approved by the University Executive Council and The Turkish National Agency.  The Committee received 7 applications. 5 of the applications were identified as ineligible due to incomplete document submission and inconsistency to program guide. After a thorough evaluation, 2 applications were accepted by the Committee.

The applications were ranked according to the Erasmus Traineeship Points (ETP) calculated as follows:

ETP = M*(AP+LP)-10*K+10*E

where M = 1 for mandatory traineeships and M = 0.9 for all others, academic points AP = 12.5*GPA, language points LP = 50, 48 or 46 depending on the BÜEPT Proficiency grade, K is the number of previous participations to Erasmus mobilities and E = 1 for disabled participants and 0 for all others.

Applicants who have been placed to the above mentioned project will receive Erasmus grant.

All participants are obligated to send an e-mail notification to the international office in case of a cancellation.

The Office of International Relations will get in touch with you regarding the procedures you will have to follow to successfully complete your placement.

Important Note: There is no personal relationship between the staff who is responsible for evaluation of applications and the applicants, which may affect the impartiality of the staff, during the evaluation of these applications and the final decision. The decision was made in accordance with the rules of transparency.
