2026 SCUT Global Summer School of Emerging Engineering (Faculty of Engineering students only)

The 2026 Global Summer School of Emerging Engineering at South China University of Technology (SCUT) is now open, and students from Boğaziçi University are invited to join.

As of 2025, the summer school offers academic courses combined with unique field trips, as well as other activities, such as cultural visits, for students. It provides an enriching academic experience for senior undergraduate and graduate students, offering a range of academic courses, cultural activities, and corporate visits across 4 areas.

The Summer School is only open to partner universities; therefore, tuition fees for students are waived. They only have to pay for their round-trip flights and any other expenses incurred outside of the summer school.

Dates: July, 12-25, 2026 (2 weeks)

Courses: A selection of courses across 4 fields,

• Advanced Materials of Soft Matter and Biomedicine
• Artificial Intelligence and High-end Manufacture
• Frontiers of Urban and Architectural Heritage Innovation
• Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
