Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility Application Results for 2nd Call
Dear Faculty Members,
The committee has evaluated all of the applications to the call for the ERASMUS+ Teaching Mobility Programme 2nd Call (2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000162445 B.Ü and 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000114320 Bridge Erasmus+ joint consortium) for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
Applicants were evaluated based on the criteria decided by the committee listed below.
Staff Mobility for Teaching Evaluation Criteria

4 | Being a staff with veteran status or being the spouse or child of a martyr or veteran staff | +10 |
5 | Having benefited from the Erasmus+ program in the previous project period | -30 |
6 | Having benefited from the Erasmus+ program in the two previous project periods | -20 |
7 | Having benefited from the Erasmus+ program in a project period before | -10 |
8 | In case of more than one application from the same unit, for each application | -3 |
9 | For applications with less than 4 years of service at Boğaziçi University | -5 |
10 | Having received a valid invitation letter from the host institution | +10 |
11 | Presenting a work plan signed by the host institution | +10 |
12 | Activities for enhancing digital abilities | +5 |

In case of equality in ranking, seniority is prioritized. If the equality in ranking persists the head of the committee will draw lots in front of the members of the committee for the final decision. * Candidates who will receive points from this item will not receive points within the scope of " Activities for enhancing digital abilities ". The commission will decide on the suitability of the activity within the relevant scope. Proven documents such as invitation letter, business plan, activity plan, activity brochure, corporate written statement are accepted. | ||
