Erasmus+ Traineeship (KA131) Program Application Results 2025
Dear Students,
Thank you for applying to the call for participation in the ERASMUS+ KA131 Student (Internship) Mobility (which is granted by the European Commission) for the projects;

The applications were evaluated by the Exchange Selection and Placement Committee based on the quotas and regulations approved by the University Executive Council and The Turkish National Agency. The Committee received 130 applications. After a thorough evaluation, 120 applications were accepted by the Committee and 10 applications were rejected due to incomplete documentation or non-compliance with the application rules.

Participants with a project number on the list will receive a grant. The ones with “TBA” are the participants without a grant. Participants without a grant will have to confirm their participation with “non-grant commitment document” until May 26th, 2025, 16.00. Please fill in and sign the document and send the scanned copy to erasmus-internship@bogazici.edu.tr Non-grant participants who does not confirm their non-grant commitment will be removed from the lists.

If participants cancel their activity until May 26th, 2025, 16.00, 10 points deduction will not be applied to their subsequent applications.
Comenius, undergraduate and graduate applications were treated separately. The applications were ranked according to the Erasmus Traineeship Points (ETP) calculated as follows:
ETP = (AP+LP)
where academic points AP = 12.5*GPA, language points LP = 50, 48 or 46 depending on the BÜEPT Proficiency grade. All other additions and subtractions were made according to the regulations set by the European Commission and as stated on the application announcement.
In case of equal scores, priority is given to the student who has completed more credits.
After the announcement of results, there is no GPA/F Control for Erasmus internship students.
All participants are obligated to send an e-mail notification to the international office in case of a cancellation.
The Office of International Relations will get in touch with you regarding the procedures you will have to follow to successfully complete your placement.
Erasmus internship mobilities must take place in the country where the receiving institution is located. All mobilities must take place without interruption unless it is a public holiday. Mobility period cannot be less than 60 days in any case. Travel dates will be checked at the end of mobilities through passport and other supporting documents like train or flight tickets which the participants will have to submit with the other after mobility documents at the end of their mobilities.
In KA131 projects, the participants of educational internship (Comenius) can receive a grant for maximum of 150 days and all other participants can receive a grant for maximum 90 days.
Important Note: There is no personal relationship between the staff who is responsible for evaluation of applications and the applicants, which may affect the impartiality of the staff, during the evaluation of these applications and the final decision. The decision was made in accordance with the rules of transparency.
