Erasmus+ Traineeship (KA171) Program Application Results 2023

Dear Students,

Thank you for applying to the call for participation in the ERASMUS+ KA171 Student (Internship) Mobility (which is granted by the European Commission) for the project;

The applications were evaluated by the Exchange Selection and Placement Committee based on the quotas and regulations approved by the University Executive Council and The Turkish National Agency.  The Committee received 5 applications. After a thorough evaluation, all applications were accepted by the Committee.

The applications were ranked according to the Erasmus Traineeship Points (ETP) calculated as follows:

ETP = (AP+LP)

where academic points AP = 12.5*GPA, language points LP = 50, 48 or 46 depending on the BÜEPT Proficiency grade. All other additions and subtractions were made according to the regulations set by the European Commission and as stated on the application announcement.

Applicants who have been placed to the above mentioned project will receive Erasmus grant.

All participants are obligated to send an e-mail notification to the international office in case of a cancellation.

The Office of International Relations will get in touch with you regarding the procedures you will have to follow to successfully complete your placement.
