Application

Mevlana Exchange Program protocols follow the regular Exchange Programs application process.

The student applicant will need to fill out some documents, as below:​        

• Student Certificate of Attendance           
• Student Declaration                     
• Student Application Form    
• Learning Protocol

When you receive your letter of acceptance, you may start your visa process.

Once you arrive at Bogazici University, you need to sign and submit the folowing documents: 

• Student Scholarship Agreement  
• Student Final Report          
• Student Certificate of Attendance           
• Student Declaration           
• Letter of Acceptance                 
• Learning Protocol

In order for you to get funded by YÖK, you need to fill out a Funding Agreement named 'Student Scholarship Agreement'. You must have a TL account at the Ziraat Bank-Bebek Branch.
