SKKU Free Online Korean Language Courses 2025
Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) will be offering two free online Korean language courses as part of its WISE (Winter International Student Experience) Program. The courses are delivered by the SKKU Language Institute. The aim is to provide broader access not only to Korean language education but also to Korean culture, and to offer students an opportunity to experience a leading-edge program from one of Korea’s top language education institutions.
Course Information
Format: 100% online
Eligibility: Students from any overseas university (free of charge)
Course Period: 22/12/2025 – 31/01/2026 (2.5 hours per session each day, total of 12 sessions)
Levels: Beginner and Basic (Students who can read Hangeul (Korean alphabet) may start with Basic)
Further Notes: This course is non-credit bearing and self-paced. There will be no exams, attendance requirements, or grading, and the textbook materials will be provided to all registered students. Students will be able to learn using recorded lectures from real SKKU Language Institute classes, providing an authentic and engaging learning experience.
