Office Hours for Outgoing Student Services

Dear Students

A new appointment system has been introduced for our university students to visit outgoing student advisors. The system will become active in the upcoming weeks. Until the system is activated, students can visit our advisors during the office hours below for matters that require an in-person meeting.

Office Hours:

• Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Before visiting the office, please make sure that you have carefully reviewed the information on our website and have contacted our office via email. Apart from these, you may visit our advisors only for issues that require a face-to-face meeting and strictly within the specified office hours.
